I’m not gonna lie it’s kind of mixed feelings… gratitude, happiness, anxiety & hopefulness because I’ve been making music for more than five years before “Nitori”.

If "Nitori" had a scent, what would it smell like?

Funny question…It’ll probably smell like new leather..Like scent of a brand new Birkin bag bought out of desperation.

If you could perform "Nitori" anywhere in the world, where would it be?

O2Arena and the likes are the dream fr ,but if I’m being realistic rn, I really hope to perform “Nitori” at a Mainlandblockparty soon!

What’s the best feedback you’ve gotten about your music so far?

I really can’t pick the best one fr,

All I can say is…the love and support I’m getting is from “Nitori” overwhelmingly beautiful.

When did you realize music was your path?

Wow..this is a deep one.

So I’ve always been an artsy person; even as a science student, I draw, paint, dance and even act but Music is the one thing that has ever given me the greatest applause throughout my existence, even back in secondary school. I wasn’t a cool kid; I wasn’t even one of the most brilliant students, but music just made me more likable to my classmates and seniors.

Even into university.

What’s one non-music thing that inspires your creativity?

Watching Movies, they give me a look at different stories and scenarios that I could possibly write about. I get to feel even the emotions that I’ve never felt.

Who’s your dream artist to collaborate with?

I’d literally die if I was in the studio with Rema !!!!

What’s the best thing about working with your label?

Well I think its the fact that we can all sit and deliberate on how we want the story to be told, and being able to still work with a lot of the creatives I knew before getting with them.

.

How has being signed changed your music career?

It has definitely put me in a better position to create and reach more people. I used to not be able to record quality music for most part of my unsigned era as an Artiste, often resorting to platforms Bandlab on my phone and live freestyles on instagram.

What’s one thing about being an artist that no one prepared you for?

Well I always knew it was stressful but I had no idea that I would always have to be on the go. A lot of people think all you have to do as an Artiste is record music and appear in videos, but as an Artiste I’m the writer, I record myself, shoot content With my brother, brainstorm ideas, have to find my way to industry events to be able to network with other Artistes & industry creatives and still find a way to focus on  and balance the other parts of my personal life, friends & family with the music.

IT IS NOT EASY!!

If you weren’t making music, what do you think you’d be doing?

I’d definitely still be in the creative space for sure either as a visual artiste, actor, dancer or ghostwriter.

Can we expect an album or EP soon?

Definitely.

If you could fast-forward five years, where do you see yourself in music?

In five years, I see myself in a better setting than I am now, able to create better quality music, able to travel the world spreading the gospel of Afrobeats, having an active growing fan base and being Financially Independent. Amen!
